EditStack

Frequently asked questions

Plain answers about what EditStack does, how fast it is, what it costs and how to start.

What is EditStack?

EditStack is an editorial QA pipeline for content agencies. Automated passes run across every article you submit, five articles at a time through isolated editing agents, so volume holds the standard steady. No prompting is required after setup.

Who is EditStack for?

Content agencies running AI-assisted content at volume, where the editorial bottleneck is real: a queue that forms when 40 articles need a QA pass and two editors have capacity for twelve.

How fast is it?

Five articles submitted at once come back in under 10 minutes. The 15 runs of the early access pilot all come back in under 40 minutes.

What does EditStack do to an article?

It rebuilds the opening paragraph to journalistic standard, calibrates voice, verifies sourcing, weaves in internal links and anchor text, removes AI fingerprints, corrects structure, controls length, runs a fact-check pass, traces every factual claim back to your original draft, and keeps an audit trail of what changed and why.

How does EditStack handle sourcing and fact-checking?

Every empirical claim is automatically verified against peer-reviewed databases and formatted to APA standard. Every factual claim in the delivered article is traced against your original draft, and anything the editing introduced is checked against independent sources and corrected before delivery. Every run leaves a record of what changed, which claims were checked, what the sources said, and why anything was rewritten.

Does EditStack optimize for SEO, GEO and AEO?

Yes. Internal links, anchor text and primary and secondary keywords are placed in semantically appropriate copy, and long-tail query targets, high-volume conversational search patterns and answer engine optimization signals are integrated throughout the draft without disrupting flow.

How do I submit an article and what do I get back?

Send your draft through the EditStack form with your SEO and GEO deliverables: URL, target keyword, internal links and secondary keywords. Set the word count and the edit intensity per article. Preserve keeps the author's voice and corrects what is wrong, and Full Polish rebuilds at the sentence level. Client-ready copy lands in your Google Doc, formatted, cited and linked.

How much does the early access pilot cost?

The Early Access Pilot is a one-time payment of $297 for 15 article runs, used over three full business days (Monday to Friday) starting at the midnight (Eastern) after you get your passcode. It includes the full pipeline and a direct line to the builder for feedback.

What are the monthly plans?

Starter is $997 per month for up to 75 articles. Scale is $1,597 per month for up to 150 articles. Enterprise is $2,497 per month for up to 300 articles, with custom integration, white-label options and priority support. There are no per-article fees within quota, and pricing locks for the first three months for early clients.

Who built EditStack?

EditStack was built by Brad Bergan, a senior editor with 15+ years across science, finance, culture and technology, with bylines and editorial roles at Bloomberg, VICE, NBC News, Discover and The World Economic Forum.
